Its always subject to availibility and we cannot guarantee it in advance. A good alternative is the public lockers in the near.

Hi Dear, we are really sorry but we do not exactly understand your question. All the apartments are with own kitchen you can use during your stay. The apartments are for self-supply.

An early check-in is always subject to availibilty and we cannot guarantee in advance. If its not possible, you are able to drop off your luggage from 11:00 am. into the apartment until the check-in time. We hope it helps.

If you tried to book for Dec. its always non-refundable. Regarding the christmas market we do not provide the option for this month.

La situation géographique, appartement tout neuf,le côté pratique de la kitchenette avec lave-vaisselle et machine à café.
Pas d'accueil personnalisé : une entreprise gère plusieurs appartements dans l'immeuble.On reçoit un mail quelques jours avant avec des codes à composer pour entrer. Il faut valider ce code en appuyant sur v sur le clavier ce qui ne tombe pas sous le sens. Si on n'a pas lu ce mail, on se retrouve devant une porte close. La propreté du sol salle d'eau et des WC défaillante. Et au moment de la douche le soir : pas d'eau chaude. Un numéro à contacter nous a rappellé et a dépanné dès le lendemain matin avec une bouteiile pour se faire pardonner.Misère à qui ne parle pas anglais pour se faire comprendre au téléphone !!! Sensation d'essuyer les plâtres dans cet appartement tout neuf ; etiquettes sous les casseroles et poussière dans l'armoire .la chambre donne dans une cour de restauration et un spot lumineux aveuglant reste allumé jour et nuit.

Appartement conforme aux photos sur le site, bien situé et très propre à notre arrivée. Grand professionnalisme de notre hôte à nous satisfaire, en raison des désagréments que nous avons subis lors de notre séjour : un remboursement partiel de la location en un court délai (merci).
Travaux (chignole) dans l'immeuble au dessus de notre appartement : bruit dès 8h le matin ! Pas d'eau chaude pendant 2 jours (nous sommes restés 4 nuits) : pas agréable sous la douche ... et poussière grise sur nos serviettes (par le conduit) en raison des travaux. Manquaient un sèche-cheveux et un grill-pain
